관세법 시행령 제259조의7(수출입안전관리우수업체심의위원회)

① 관세청장은 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 수출입안전관리우수업체심의위원회(이하 이 조에서 "수출입안전관리우수업체심의위원회"라 한다)를 구성ㆍ운영할 수 있다. <개정 2022.10.4>

(1) The^ð더 Commissioner커미셔너 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Customs커스텀즈 Service서^v비스 may메이 establish이스태블리시 and앤드 operate아퍼^r레잇 a어 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee커미티 for^f포 Authorized오^θ써^r라이즈드 Economic에커나믹 Operators아퍼^r레이터즈 for^f포 Export엑스포트 and앤드 Import임포트 Safety세이^f프티 Management매너지먼트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee"커미티 in인 this^ð디스 Article)아터클 where웨어 necessary네서세^r리 to투 deliberate딜리버^r럿 on안 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 matters:매터즈

② 수출입안전관리우수업체심의위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함하여 20명 이상 30명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

(2) The^ð더 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 at앳 least리스트 20 and앤드 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 30 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 one원 chairperson.체어퍼슨

③ 수출입안전관리우수업체심의위원회의 위원장은 관세청 차장으로 하고, 위원은 다음 각 호의 사람 중에서 성별을 고려하여 관세청장이 임명하거나 위촉한다.

(3) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 Deputy데퓨티 Commissioner커미셔너 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Customs커스텀즈 Service,서^v비스 and앤드 the^ð더 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 persons퍼슨즈 appointed어포인티드 or오 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 Commissioner커미셔너 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Customs커스텀즈 Service,서^v비스 in인 consideration컨시더^r레이션 of어^v브 gender,젠더 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 persons:퍼슨즈

④ 제3항제2호에 따라 위촉되는 위원의 임기는 2년으로 한다. 다만, 위원의 사임 등으로 새로 위촉된 위원의 임기는 전임위원의 남은 임기로 하고, 제8항에 따라 수출입안전관리우수업체심의위원회가 해산되는 경우에는 그 해산되는 때에 임기가 만료되는 것으로 한다. <개정 2022.10.4>

⑤ 수출입안전관리우수업체심의위원회의 위원장은 위원회의 회의를 소집하고, 그 의장이 된다.

(5) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 and앤드 serve서^v브 as애즈 presiding프^r리자이딩 officer.오^f퍼서

⑥ 수출입안전관리우수업체심의위원회의 회의는 위원장과 위원장이 매 회의마다 지정하는 10명 이상 15명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다. 이 경우 제3항제2호에 따라 위촉되는 위원이 5명 이상 포함되어야 한다.

⑦ 수출입안전관리우수업체심의위원회의 회의는 제6항에 따라 구성된 위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(7) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 composed컴포우즈드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (6), and앤드 decisions디시전즈 shall섈 be비 made메이드 by바이 the^ð디 affirmative어^f퍼머티^v브 vote^v보우트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑧ 관세청장은 수출입안전관리우수업체심의위원회의 구성 목적을 달성하였다고 인정하는 경우에는 수출입안전관리우수업체심의위원회를 해산할 수 있다. <신설 2022.10.4>

⑨ 제1항부터 제8항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 수출입안전관리우수업체심의위원회의 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 관세청장이 정한다. <개정 2022.10.4>
