Enforcement Decree of the Customs Act, Article 238 (Requests for Suspension of Customs Clearance, etc.)

법 제235조제3항 및 제4항에 따라 통관의 보류나 유치(이하 "통관보류등"이라 한다)를 요청하려는 자는 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 신청서와 해당 법령에 따른 정당한 권리자임을 증명하는 서류를 세관장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.22, 2011.4.1, 2025.2.28>
