관세법 시행령 제223조(매각대상물품의 인도)

①세관장이 점유하고 있거나 제3자가 보관하고 있는 매각대상물품은 이를 매각대행기관에 인도할 수 있다. 이 경우 제3자가 보관하고 있는 물품에 대하여는 그 제3자가 발행하는 당해 물품의 보관증을 인도함으로써 이에 갈음할 수 있다.

②매각대행기관은 제1항의 규정에 의하여 물품을 인수한 때에는 인계ㆍ인수서를 작성하여야 한다.
