Enforcement Decree of the Customs Act, Article 171 (Declaration of Unloading of Goods)

법 제151조제1항의 규정에 의하여 물품을 하역하고자 하는 자는 다음 각호의 사항을 기재한 신고서를 세관장에게 제출하고 그 신고필증을 현장 세관공무원에게 제시하여야 한다.
