관세법 시행령 제14조(담보물의 매각)

①세관장은 제공된 담보물을 매각하고자 하는 때에는 담보제공자의 주소ㆍ성명ㆍ담보물의 종류ㆍ수량, 매각사유, 매각장소, 매각일시 기타 필요한 사항을 공고하여야 한다.

②세관장은 납세의무자가 매각예정일 1일전까지 관세와 비용을 납부하는 때에는 담보물의 매각을 중지하여야 한다.
