관광진흥개발기금법 시행령 제13조(대여기금의 납입)

① 한국산업은행의 은행장이나 기금을 전대(轉貸)받은 금융기관의 장은 대여기금(전대받은 기금을 포함한다)과 그 이자를 수납한 경우에는 즉시 기금계정에 납입하여야 한다. <개정 2010.9.17>

② 제1항에 위반한 경우에는 납입기일의 다음 날부터 제10조에 따른 연체이자를 납입하여야 한다.
