관광기본법 제16조(국가관광전략회의)

① 관광진흥의 방향 및 주요 시책에 대한 수립ㆍ조정, 관광진흥계획의 수립 등에 관한 사항을 심의ㆍ조정하기 위하여 국무총리 소속으로 국가관광전략회의를 둔다.

② 국가관광전략회의의 구성 및 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
