Korea Scientists and Engineers Mutual-Aid Association Act, Article 16-7 (Pension Deliberation Committee)

① 공제회에 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의하기 위하여 연금심의위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

1. 퇴직연금급여사업의 적립금 운용 등에 관한 주요 사항

1. Major메이저 matters매터즈 such서치 as애즈 management매너지먼트 of어^v브 accumulated어큐뮬레이티드 funds^f펀즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 retirement^r리타이어먼트 pension펜션 benefit베너^f핏 business;비즈니스

2. 과학기술발전장려금 적립기준 등 적립 및 지급에 관한 주요 사항

② 위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 20명 이내의 위원으로 구성하되, 위원장은 공제회의 이사장이 되고, 그 밖의 위원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람 중 위원장이 위촉하는 사람으로 한다.

(2) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 20 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 one원 chairperson;체어퍼슨 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association,어소우시에이션 and앤드 the^ð디 other어^ð더 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 persons퍼슨즈 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

1. 회원 5명 이내

1. Not낫 more모 than^ð댄 five^f파이^v브 members;멤버즈

2. 사용자인 기관의 장 5명 이내

2. Not낫 more모 than^ð댄 five^f파이^v브 heads헤즈 of어^v브 institutions인스티투션즈 that^ð댓 are아 employers;엠플로이어즈

3. 연금 관련 중앙행정기관의 소속 공무원 3명 이내

4. 연금에 관한 전문지식과 경험이 풍부한 사람 6명 이내

③ 제2항제1호ㆍ제2호 및 제4호의 위원의 임기는 3년으로 한다.

(3) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 members멤버즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2) 1, 2, and앤드 4 shall섈 be비 three^θ쓰^r리 years.이어즈

④ 위원장은 위원회를 대표하고, 위원회의 업무를 총괄한다.

(4) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð더 Committee커미티 and앤드 oversee오우^v버시 its잇츠 work.워크

⑤ 위원장은 위원회의 회의를 소집하고, 그 의장이 된다.

(5) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 and앤드 preside프^r리자이드 over오우^v버 them.^ð뎀

⑥ 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다. <개정 2020.12.8>

(6) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 open오우픈 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 and앤드 decisions디시전즈 shall섈 be비 made메이드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑦ 위원회의 사무를 처리할 간사 1명을 두되, 간사는 공제회 임직원 중 위원장이 지명하는 사람이 된다.

(7) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 have해^v브 one원 secretary세크^r러테^r리 to투 handle핸들 its잇츠 affairs,어^f페어즈 who후 shall섈 be비 a어 person퍼슨 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 officers오^f퍼서즈 and앤드 employees엠플로이이즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association.어소우시에이션

⑧ 제1항부터 제7항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회의 구성 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 과학기술정보통신부령으로 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>
