Article 23-2 (Qualifications and Scope of Participating Institutions of the Graduate University)

① 법 제33조제3항에 따른 대학원대학의 교육과정 참여기관(이하 "참여기관"이라 한다)은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 연구기관 또는 법인으로 한다.

(1) The^ð디 institutions인스티투션즈 participating파티서페이팅 in인 the^ð디 educational에저케이셔늘 courses코시즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 graduate그^r래저웟 university유너^v버서티 under언더 Article아터클 33 (3) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "participating파티서페이팅 institutions")인스티투션즈 shall섈 be비 research^r리서치 institutes인스터툿츠 or오 corporations코퍼^r레이션즈 falling^f팔링 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

1. 다른 법률에 따라 직접 설립된 과학기술분야 연구기관

1. Research^r리서치 institutes인스터툿츠 in인 the^ð더 field^f필드 of어^v브 science사이언스 and앤드 technology텍날러지 directly더^r렉틀리 established이스태블리시트 under언더 other어^ð더 statutes;스태춧츠

2. 「공익법인의 설립ㆍ운영에 관한 법률」에 따라 설립된 과학기술분야 법인

2. Corporations코퍼^r레이션즈 in인 the^ð더 field^f필드 of어^v브 science사이언스 and앤드 technology텍날러지 established이스태블리시트 under언더 the^ð디 Act액트 on안 the^ð디 Establishment이스태블리시먼트 and앤드 Operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 Public-Interest퍼블릭-인트^r리스트 Corporations;코퍼^r레이션즈

3. 법률의 제정ㆍ개정 및 폐지, 기관 민영화 등의 사유로 대학원대학 설립연구기관의 지위를 상실한 연구기관

② 제1항제1호 또는 제2호에 따른 연구기관 또는 법인은 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 충족하여야 한다.
