과학기술기본법 시행령 제29조(기금계정의 설치)

① 과학기술정보통신부장관은 법 제22조에 따른 과학기술진흥기금(이하 "기금"이라 한다)의 수입 및 지출을 명확하게 하기 위하여 한국은행에 기금계정을 설치하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

② 과학기술정보통신부장관은 기금의 운용자금 중 100분의 10 이내의 자금을 법 제22조제3항제3호에 따른 용도에 사용할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>
