공항시설관리권등록령 제77조(이의에 대한 결정과 항고)

①관할지방법원은 이의에 대하여 이유를 붙여 결정을 하여야 한다. 이 경우 이의가 이유있다고 인정되는 때에는 등록공무원에게 상당한 처분을 하도록 명하고, 그 취지를 이의신청인과 등록상의 이해관계인에게 통지하여야 한다.
