공항시설관리권등록령 제68조(공매처분으로 인한 압류등록의 말소)

제21조의 규정에 의하여 관공서로부터 공매처분으로 인한 권리이전의 등록촉탁이 있는 때에는 체납처분에 관한 압류의 등록을 말소하며, 저당권의 등록이 있는 때에는 그 등록을 말소하여야 한다.
