공항시설관리권등록령 제60조(공동저당권의 설정등록시의 기재사항)

제59조제1항의 규정에 의한 신청서에 의하여 각 공항시설관리권에 공동저당권의 설정등록을 하는 때에는 각 공항시설관리권의 등록용지중 을구 사항란에 다른 공항시설관리권에 관한 표시(신청서에 공동담보목록이 첨부된 때에는 공동담보목록으로서 이에 갈음한다)를 하고, 그 공항시설관리권과 같이 담보의 목적이 된다는 뜻을 각각 기재하여야 한다.
