공항시설관리권등록령 제50조(공유의 등록)

공항시설관리권의 지분을 일부 이전함으로 인하여 공유의 등록을 신청하는 때에는 신청서에 그 지분을 표시하고, 등록원인에 민법 제268조제1항 단서의 약정이 있는 경우에는 이를 기재하여야 한다.
