공항시설관리권등록령 제44조(멸실된 등록부의 회복등록)

①등록부의 전부 또는 일부가 멸실되어 제13조의 규정에 의하여 고시를 한 때에는 등록권리자 단독으로 회복등록을 신청할 수 있다.

②제1항의 규정에 의하여 신청을 하는 때에는 신청서에 멸실되기 전 등록의 순위번호, 신청서 접수연월일 및 접수번호를 기재하고 멸실되기 전 등록의 등록필증을 첨부하여야 한다.

③제1항의 규정에 의한 신청에 의하여 등록을 하는 때에는 등록번호란에는 그 등록부에 등록한 순서에 따른 새로운 번호를 기재하고, 표시란에는 공항시설관리권의 표시를 하며, 각구 순위번호란에는 멸실되기 전 등록의 번호를 기재하고, 사항란에는 멸실되기 전 등록의 신청서 접수연월일과 접수번호를 기재하여야 한다.
