공항시설관리권등록령 제31조(신청서의 접수)

등록공무원은 신청서를 접수한 때에는 국토교통부령으로 정하는 신청서접수대장에 접수연월일, 접수번호, 등록의 목적 및 신청인의 성명(법인인 경우는 그 명칭) 그 밖에 필요한 사항을 기재해야 한다. 다만, 동일한 공항시설관리권에 관하여 동시에 여러 개의 신청이 있는 경우에는 동일한 접수번호를 기재해야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2021.1.5>
