공항시설관리권등록령 제30조(채권자대위권에 의한 등록)

채권자가 민법 제404조의 규정에 의하여 채무자에 대위하여 등록을 신청하는 경우에는 신청서에 채권자 및 채무자의 성명 및 주소(법인인 경우에는 그 명칭ㆍ주소 및 대표자의 성명)와 대위의 원인을 기재하고, 대위의 원인을 증명하는 서류를 첨부하여야 한다.
