공항시설관리권등록령 제19조(법인 아닌 사단ㆍ재단의 등록신청)

①종중ㆍ문중 기타 대표자나 관리인이 있는 법인 아닌 사단이나 재단에 속하는 공항시설관리권의 등록에 관하여는 그 사단 또는 재단을 등록권리자 또는 등록의무자로 한다.

(1) With위^ð드 respect^r리스펙트 to투 the^ð더 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 of어^v브 an앤 airport에어포트 facility^f퍼실리티 management매너지먼트 right^r라잇 belonging빌롱잉 to투 an앤 unincorporated어닌코퍼^r레이티드 association어소우시에이션 or오 foundation^f파운데이션 that^ð댓 has해즈 a어 representative^r레프^r러젠터티^v브 or오 administrator,어드미너스트^r레이터 such서치 as애즈 a어 clan클랜 or오 family^f패멀리 association,어소우시에이션 the^ð디 association어소우시에이션 or오 foundation^f파운데이션 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 right^r라잇 holder호울더 or오 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 obligor.어블리거

②제1항의 규정에 의한 등록은 당해 사단 또는 재단을 등록명의인으로 하여 그 대표자 또는 관리인이 이를 신청한다.
