공항시설관리권등록령 제11조(등록부의 보존)

①등록부와 도면은 영구히 이를 보존하여야 한다.

②신청서 기타 부속서류는 신청서 접수일부터 10년간 이를 보존하여야 한다. 다만, 신청서편철부에 편철한 서류의 보존기간은 제47조제1항의 규정에 의하여 등록부에 기재한 날부터 이를 기산한다.
