공항소음 방지 및 소음대책지역 지원에 관한 법률 제27조(보고ㆍ검사 등)

① 국토교통부장관은 필요한 때에는 시설관리자 또는 사업시행자에게 공항소음대책사업 또는 주민지원사업 등에 관하여 필요한 보고를 하게 하거나 자료 제출을 명할 수 있으며, 소속 공무원으로 하여금 시설관리자 또는 사업시행자의 사무실ㆍ사업장이나 그 밖의 필요한 장소에 출입하여 장부ㆍ서류나 그 밖의 물건을 검사하게 하거나 관계인에게 질문하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 제1항에 따른 검사를 하는 경우에는 검사 7일 전까지 검사 일시, 검사 목적 및 검사 내용 등 검사계획을 검사대상자에게 알려야 한다. 다만, 긴급한 경우이거나 검사계획이 사전에 알려지면 검사 목적을 달성할 수 없다고 인정하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

③ 제1항에 따라 출입ㆍ검사를 하는 공무원은 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 보여주어야 한다.
