공탁법 제29조(기금의 조성)

Deposit Act, Article 29 (Formation of Fund)

① 기금은 다음 각 호의 재원(財源)으로 조성한다.

(1) The^ð더 Fund^f펀드 shall섈 be비 formed^f폼드 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 financial^f퍼낸실 resources:^r리소시즈

1. 제2항에 따른 위원회의 출연금

1. Contributions칸트^r러뷰션즈 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 Committee커미티 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2);

2. 다른 회계 또는 기금으로부터의 전입금

2. Transfers트^r랜스^f퍼즈 from^f프^r럼 other어^ð더 accounts어카운츠 or오 funds;^f펀즈

3. 위원회 이외의 자가 출연 또는 기부하는 현금, 물품 그 밖의 재산

② 위원회는 제19조에 따라 위원회에 출연된 출연금 중 위원회의 운영비를 제외한 나머지 자금을 기금에 출연하여야 한다.

(2) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 contribute컨트^r리븃 to투 the^ð더 Fund^f펀드 the^ð더 remainder^r리메인더 of어^v브 the^ð더 contributions칸트^r러뷰션즈 made메이드 to투 the^ð더 Committee커미티 under언더 Article아터클 19, excluding익스클루딩 the^ð더 Committee's커미티즈 operating아퍼^r레이팅 expenses.익스펜시즈

③ 제1항제3호에 따라 위원회 외의 자가 출연 또는 기부하는 경우 그 용도를 지정하여 출연 또는 기부할 수 있다.
