공탁법 제25조(감독)

① 법원행정처장은 위원회를 지휘하고 감독하며 필요하다고 인정하면 위원회에 그 사업에 관한 지시나 명령을 할 수 있다.

② 법원행정처장은 필요하다고 인정하면 위원회에 그 업무ㆍ회계 및 재산에 관한 사항을 보고하게 하거나 소속 공무원에게 위원회의 장부ㆍ서류나 그 밖의 물건을 검사하게 할 수 있다.

③ 제2항에 따라 검사를 하는 공무원은 그 권한을 나타내는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 내보여야 한다.
