공탁법 제10조(반대급부)

공탁물을 수령할 자가 반대급부(反對給付)를 하여야 하는 경우에는 공탁자의 서면 또는 판결문, 공정증서(公正證書), 그 밖의 관공서에서 작성한 공문서 등에 의하여 그 반대급부가 있었음을 증명하지 아니하면 공탁물을 수령하지 못한다.
