공직자윤리법 제6조의3(변동사항 신고의 유예 등)

① 등록기관의 장은 등록의무자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하여 변동사항 신고의 유예신청을 하는 경우에는 3년의 범위에서 제6조제1항 또는 제11조제1항에 따른 변동사항 신고를 유예할 수 있다.

② 등록기관의 장은 등록의무자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 제9조제1항에 따른 공직자윤리위원회(이하 "공직자윤리위원회"라 한다)의 의결로 제6조 또는 제11조에 따른 변동사항 신고를 유예하거나 면제할 수 있다. 이 경우 등록기관의 장은 그 명단 및 사유 등을 관리하여야 한다. <개정 2015.12.29>

③ 제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 변동사항 신고를 유예받은 등록의무자는 그 유예사유가 소멸된 날부터 2개월이 되는 날이 속하는 달의 말일까지 최종 재산등록 또는 변동사항 신고 이후의 재산 변동사항을 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2015.12.29>
