공직자윤리법 제14조의8(신탁상황의 보고 등)

① 주식백지신탁의 수탁기관은 매년 1월 1일(주식백지신탁계약이 체결된 해의 경우에는 계약체결일)부터 12월 31일까지 신탁재산을 관리ㆍ운용ㆍ처분한 내용을 다음 해 1월 중에 관할 공직자윤리위원회에 보고하여야 한다. 이 경우 12월 중에 주식백지신탁계약이 체결되었으면 다음 해의 관리ㆍ운용ㆍ처분에 관한 내용과 함께 보고할 수 있다.

② 주식백지신탁의 수탁기관은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 이 사실을 관할 공직자윤리위원회에 통보하여야 하며, 공직자윤리위원회는 이를 신탁자에게 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2015.12.29>

③ 제2항에 따른 수탁기관의 통보시기 및 방법은 대통령령으로 정한다.
