공직자윤리법 시행규칙 제3조(변동사항 신고)

① 법 제5조제1항 각 호 외의 부분 단서 또는 제6조에 따른 재산변동사항의 신고는 별지 제2호서식 및 별지 제2호의2서식에 따른다.
