공직선거법 제249조(투표위조 또는 증감죄)

①투표를 위조하거나 그 수를 증감한 자는 1년 이상 7년 이하의 징역에 처한다.

②선거관리위원회의 위원ㆍ직원 또는 선거사무에 관계있는 공무원(투표사무원ㆍ사전투표사무원 및 개표사무원을 포함한다)이나 종사원이 제1항에 규정된 행위를 한 때에는 3년 이상 10년 이하의 징역에 처한다. <개정 2014.1.17>
