공증인법 시행령 제49조(징계위원회의 면직 의결절차)
법 제14조제2항에 따른 의결절차에 관하여는 법 제85조의2, 제85조의3, 제85조의4, 제85조의7, 이 영 제44조제1항, 제46조 및 제47조를 준용한다.
