공장 및 광업재단 저당법 제2조(정의)

1. "공장"이란 영업을 하기 위하여 물품의 제조ㆍ가공, 인쇄, 촬영, 방송 또는 전기나 가스의 공급 목적에 사용하는 장소를 말한다.

3. "광업재단"이란 광업권(鑛業權)과 광업권에 기하여 광물(鑛物)을 채굴(採掘)ㆍ취득하기 위한 각종 설비 및 이에 부속하는 사업의 설비로 구성되는 일단의 기업재산으로서 이 법에 따라 소유권과 저당권의 목적이 되는 것을 말한다.
