공인회계사법 제5조의2(부정행위자에 대한 제재)

① 금융위원회는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람에 대하여는 해당 시험을 정지시키거나 합격 결정을 취소한다.

② 제1항에 따른 처분을 받은 사람은 그 처분이 있은 날부터 5년간 시험에 응시할 수 없다.
