공인회계사와 그 사무직원 또는 공인회계사이었거나 그 사무직원이었던 자는 그 직무상 알게 된 비밀을 누설하여서는 아니된다. 다만, 다른 법령에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
