공인회계사법 시행령 제42조(독촉)

①법 제52조의5제2항의 규정에 의한 독촉은 납부기한 경과후 15일 이내에 서면으로 하여야 한다.

②제1항의 규정에 의하여 독촉장을 발부하는 경우 체납된 과징금의 납부기한은 독촉장 발부일부터 10일 이내로 한다.
