공인회계사자격ㆍ징계위원회는 징계혐의자에 대한 징계의결을 했을 때에는 지체 없이 그 사유를 구체적으로 밝혀 이를 금융위원회 위원장에게 통보해야 한다. <개정 2025.5.20>
