공인회계사법 시행령 제34조(징계의결 기한)

공인회계사자격ㆍ징계위원회는 징계의결의 요구를 받은 경우에는 그 요구서를 받은 날부터 30일 이내에 징계에 관한 의결을 해야 한다. 다만, 부득이한 사유가 있을 때에는 공인회계사자격ㆍ징계위원회의 의결로 30일의 범위에서 그 기한을 연기할 수 있다. <개정 2025.5.20>
