공인중개사법 제21조(휴업 또는 폐업의 신고)

①개업공인중개사는 3개월을 초과하는 휴업(중개사무소의 개설등록 후 업무를 개시하지 아니하는 경우를 포함한다. 이하 같다), 폐업 또는 휴업한 중개업을 재개하고자 하는 때에는 등록관청에 그 사실을 신고하여야 한다. 휴업기간을 변경하고자 하는 때에도 또한 같다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2008.6.13, 2014.1.28, 2020.6.9>

②제1항에 따른 휴업은 6개월을 초과할 수 없다. 다만, 질병으로 인한 요양등 대통령령으로 정하는 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2020.6.9>
