공인중개사법 시행령 제28조의2(개업공인중개사 등 교육비 지원 등)

① 법 제34조의2제1항에 따라 개업공인중개사 등에 대한 부동산거래사고 예방 등의 교육을 위하여 지원할 수 있는 비용은 다음 각 호와 같다.

② 국토교통부장관, 시ㆍ도지사 및 등록관청은 부동산 거래질서를 확립하고, 부동산거래사고로 인한 피해를 방지하기 위하여 법 제34조의2제2항에 따른 부동산거래사고 예방을 위한 교육을 실시하려는 경우에는 교육일 10일 전까지 교육일시ㆍ교육장소 및 교육내용, 그 밖에 교육에 필요한 사항을 공고하거나 교육대상자에게 통지하여야 한다.
