공익법인의 설립ㆍ운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제27조의2(고유식별정보의 처리)
Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment and Operation of Public-Interest Corporations, Article 27-2 (Processing of Unique Identification Information)
주무관청은 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조제1호 또는 제4호에 따른 주민등록번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. <개정 2016.11.29>
Where unavoidable for performing the following duties, the competent authority may process data that includes resident registration numbers or foreigner registration numbers under subparagraph 1 or 4 of Article 19 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act:
1. 법 제4조제1항 및 제2항에 따른 법인 설립허가에 관한 사무
1. Duties concerning permission of establishment of a corporation under Article 4 (1) and (2) of the Act;
2. 법 제5조제2항에 따른 임원 취임 승인에 관한 사무
2. Duties concerning approval of assumption of office by officers under Article 5 (2) of the Act;
3. 법 제5조제5항ㆍ제8항 및 이 영 제12조에 따른 이사회의 구성 및 감사의 자격과 관련한 특수관계자에 관한 사무
3. Duties concerning persons with a special relationship in connection with the composition of the board of directors and the qualifications of auditors under Article 5 (5) and (8) of the Act and Article 12 of this Decree;
4. 법 제5조제8항에 따른 감사 추천에 관한 사무
4. Duties concerning the recommendation of an auditor under Article 5 (8) of the Act;
5. 법 제11조제3항 또는 제4항에 따른 기본재산 매도 등 또는 보통재산으로의 편입의 허가ㆍ신고에 관한 사무
5. Duties concerning permission or reporting for the sale, etc. of basic property or its incorporation into ordinary property under Article 11 (3) or (4) of the Act;
6. 법 제13조에 따른 잔여재산 귀속에 관한 사무
6. Duties concerning the vesting of residual property under Article 13 of the Act;
7. 법 제14조에 따른 법인 감독에 관한 사무
7. Duties concerning the supervision of corporations under Article 14 of the Act;
8. 법 제16조에 따른 법인 설립허가 취소에 관한 사무
8. Duties concerning the revocation of permission of establishment of a corporation under Article 16 of the Act;
9. 법 제17조에 따른 법인 감사 등에 관한 사무
9. Duties concerning the audit of corporations, etc. under Article 17 of the Act;
10. 제10조에 따른 법인 정관변경의 허가에 관한 사무
10. Duties concerning permission to amend the articles of incorporation of a corporation under Article 10.
