Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment and Operation of Public-Interest Corporations, Article 15 (Application for Approval of Convening a Board of Directors Meeting)

법 제8조제4항의 규정에 의하여 이사회의 소집승인을 얻고자 할 때에는 그 승인신청서에 다음 각호의 서류를 첨부하여 주무관청에 제출하여야 한다.
