공익법무관에 관한 법률 제4조(명단 통보 등)

① 법무부장관은 병무청장과 협의하여 매년도 공익법무관 필요 인원을 미리 정한 다음 그 인원에 따라 예산을 요구하여야 한다.

② 병무청장은 「병역법」 제34조의6제1항에 따라 공익법무관에 편입된 사람의 명단을 편입 후 즉시 법무부장관에게 통보하여야 한다.
