공익법무관에 관한 법률 제21조(권한의 위임ㆍ위탁)

① 이 법에 따른 법무부장관의 권한은 그 일부를 각급 기관의 장에게 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 위임하거나 위탁할 수 있다.

② 제2조제2호가목에 따른 법인 대표자의 권한은 그 일부를 공익법무관이 근무하는 기관의 장에게 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 위임하거나 위탁할 수 있다.

③ 제2조제2호가목에 따른 법인 대표자는 제1항에 따라 법무부장관으로부터 위탁받은 권한의 일부를 법무부장관의 승인을 받아 공익법무관이 근무하는 기관의 장에게 재위임하거나 재위탁할 수 있다.
