Enforcement Decree of the Public Property and Commodities Management Act, Article 71 (Receipt and Issue Orders)

① 물품관리관은 법 제70조에 따라 물품의 출납을 명할 때에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 명백히 하여야 한다.
