Enforcement Decree of the Public Property and Commodities Management Act, Article 52-5 (Reduction or Exemption of Usage Fees, etc. for Intellectual Property)

① 지방자치단체의 장은 법 제43조의8에 따라 사용료등을 감면하려는 경우 사용허가서 또는 대부계약서에 그 이용 방법 및 조건의 범위를 명시하여야 한다.

② 법 제43조의8제2호의 경우 그 사용료등의 감면비율은 다음 각 호와 같다.
