공유재산 및 물품 관리법 시행령 제48조의2(일반재산의 수탁기관)
Enforcement Decree of the Public Property and Commodities Management Act, Article 48-2 (Entrusted Institutions for General Property)
① 법 제43조의2제1항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 자"란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자를 말한다. <개정 2009.9.21, 2014.3.24, 2018.12.4, 2022.2.17, 2023.8.22, 2025.2.7>
(1) The phrase "persons prescribed by Presidential Decree" in Article 43-2 (1) of the Act means any of the following:
1. 「한국자산관리공사 설립 등에 관한 법률」에 따른 한국자산관리공사
1. The Korea Asset Management Corporation under the Act on the Establishment, etc. of the Korea Asset Management Corporation;
2. 「한국토지주택공사법」에 따라 설립된 한국토지주택공사
2. The Korea Land and Housing Corporation established under the Korea Land and Housing Corporation Act;
3. 「지방공기업법」 제49조에 따라 설립된 지방공사로서 같은 법 제2조제1항제7호 및 제8호의 사업을 목적으로 설립된 지방공사
3. A local public corporation established under Article 49 of the Local Public Enterprises Act for the purpose of the businesses in Article 2 (1) 7 and 8 of the same Act;
4. 「한국지방재정공제회법」에 따라 설립된 한국지방재정공제회
4. The Korea Local Finance Mutual-Aid Association established under the Korea Local Finance Mutual-Aid Association Act;
5. 「한국국토정보공사법」에 따른 한국국토정보공사
5. The Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation under the Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation Act.
② 지방자치단체의 장은 법 제43조의2에 따라 일반재산을 위탁하여 관리할 때에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함한 위탁계약을 같은 조 제1항에 따라 위탁을 받을 자와 체결하여야 한다.
(2) When entrusting the management of general property pursuant to Article 43-2 of the Act, the head of a local government shall conclude an entrustment contract with the person to be entrusted under paragraph (1) of the same Article including the following:
1. 위탁의 목적
1. Purpose of entrustment;
2. 위탁 수수료
2. Entrustment fee;
3. 위탁기간
3. Entrustment period;
4. 그 밖에 위탁 업무의 수행에 필요한 사항
4. Other matters necessary for performing entrusted duties.
