공유재산 및 물품 관리법 시행령 제10조의5(공유재산정책협의회의 구성 및 운영)

Enforcement Decree of the Public Property and Commodities Management Act, Article 10-5 (Composition and Operation of Public Property Policy Council)

① 법 제18조의3제1항에 따른 공유재산정책협의회(이하 "협의회"라 한다) 위촉위원의 임기는 2년으로 하며, 한 차례만 연임할 수 있다.

② 행정안전부장관은 협의회의 위촉위원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 위원을 해촉할 수 있다.

1. 심신장애로 직무를 수행할 수 없게 된 경우

1. Where웨어 the^ð더 member멤버 becomes비컴즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 duties두티즈 due두 to투 a어 mental멘틀 or오 physical^f피지클 disability;디서빌리티

2. 직무와 관련된 비위사실이 있는 경우

3. 직무태만, 품위손상, 그 밖의 사유로 위원의 직을 유지하는 것이 적합하지 않다고 인정되는 경우

③ 협의회의 위원장은 협의회를 대표하고, 협의회의 업무를 총괄한다.

④ 협의회의 회의는 재적위원의 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

⑤ 협의회는 효율적인 업무수행을 위해 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 관계 행정기관, 공공기관, 법인ㆍ단체 또는 전문가에게 회의 출석이나 자료ㆍ의견의 제출 등을 요청할 수 있다.

⑥ 제1항부터 제5항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 협의회의 구성 및 운영 등에 필요한 세부사항은 협의회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
