공유수면 관리 및 매립에 관한 법률 제14조(점용료ㆍ사용료의 조정)

공유수면관리청은 동일인(제16조에 따라 권리ㆍ의무를 이전받거나 상속받은 자를 포함한다)이 같은 공유수면을 2년 이상 계속하여 점용ㆍ사용하는 경우로서 해당 연도의 연간 점용료ㆍ사용료가 전년도보다 100분의 10 이상 증가한 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 계산식에 따라 조정한 금액을 해당 연도의 점용료ㆍ사용료로 징수할 수 있다.
