Public Officials Disaster Compensation Act, Article 28 (Disability Pensions or Lump-Sum Disability Benefits)

공무원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 심의회의 심의를 거쳐 대통령령으로 정하는 장해의 정도에 따른 등급을 기준으로 장해연금 또는 장해일시금을 지급한다.
