공무원 재해보상법 제14조(연금액의 조정)

① 연금인 급여는 「통계법」 제3조에 따라 국가데이터처장이 매년 고시하는 전전년도와 대비한 전년도 전국소비자물가변동률에 해당하는 금액을 매년 늘리거나 줄인다. <개정 2025.10.1>
