Decree on Public Official Appointment Examinations, Article 7 (Examination Subjects)

① 각종 시험의 시험과목은 별표 1 및 별표 2와 같다. 다만, 별표 1 및 별표 2의 시험과목 중 다음 각 호에서 정한 시험과목은 해당 호에서 정하는 시험 또는 공직적격성평가로 대체한다. <개정 2012.11.27, 2014.10.8, 2015.5.6, 2018.12.18, 2021.11.30, 2025.6.2, 2026.6.30>

마. 제8조제4항에 따라 언어논리영역, 자료해석영역 및 상황판단영역을 시험과목으로 하여 제1차시험 및 제2차시험을 병합 실시하는 시험

② 별표 1에 규정되지 아니한 직군ㆍ직렬 및 직류의 시험과목은 담당 직무의 내용에 따라 소속 장관이 정한다. 이 경우 시험과목은 담당 직무와 관련된 시험과목을 포함하여 2 과목 이상으로 하여야 한다. <개정 2009.9.10, 2013.12.4>

③ 법 제28조제2항제6호ㆍ제8호 및 제12호에 따라 경력경쟁채용시험등을 통한 채용을 할 때에는 제1항에도 불구하고 제1차시험과목은 한국사로 하고, 제2차시험과목은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 시험과목을 시험요구기관의 장이 시험실시기관의 장과 협의하여 지정한다. <개정 2009.9.10, 2011.11.1>
