공무원임용시험령 제23조의3(일반외교 분야 외교관후보자 선발시험의 합격 결정)

① 일반외교 분야 외교관후보자 선발시험의 제1차시험에서는 다음 각 호의 순서에 따른 요건에 모두 해당하는 사람 중에서 선발예정인원의 10배수의 범위에서 시험성적 및 제2차시험 응시자 수 등을 고려하여 제3호의 점수가 높은 사람부터 차례로 합격자를 결정한다. 이 경우 제23조의2제2항제1호 및 같은 조 제3항에 따라 제1차시험이 면제되는 사람의 수는 선발예정인원의 10배수의 범위에 포함하지 않는다. <개정 2018.12.18>

② 일반외교 분야 외교관후보자 선발시험의 제2차시험에서는 각 과목의 만점의 40퍼센트 이상 득점한 사람 중에서 전 과목 총득점이 높은 사람부터 차례로 선발예정인원의 1.5배수의 범위(선발예정인원이 3명 이하인 경우에는 선발예정인원에 2명을 합한 인원의 범위로 한다)에서 시험성적 및 제3차시험 응시자 수 등을 고려하여 합격자를 결정한다. 다만, 제23조의2제5항에 따라 외국어 활용능력을 어학검증시험에서 평가하는 경우에는 선발예정인원의 5배수의 범위에서 시험성적 및 제3차시험 응시자 수 등을 고려하여 합격자를 결정할 수 있다. <개정 2014.10.8, 2015.12.30, 2018.12.18, 2026.6.30>

④ 시험실시기관의 장은 제3항에 따른 등급, 응시자 수와 선발예정인원 및 면접방법 등을 고려하여 인사혁신처장이 정하는 기준에 따라 면접시험의 객관성과 공정성을 확보하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정되는 경우에는 "우수" 또는 "미흡" 등급을 받은 응시자에 대해서 면접시험을 추가로 실시할 수 있다. 이 경우 제3항에도 불구하고 최초 면접시험과 같은 등급을 받은 응시자는 그 등급으로 최종 면접시험의 등급을 받은 것으로 보고, 다른 등급을 받은 응시자는 "보통" 등급을 받은 것으로 본다. <신설 2013.4.22, 2014.11.19>

⑤ 일반외교 분야 외교관후보자 선발시험의 최종합격자는 제3항 및 제4항에 따른 면접시험의 등급과 제2차시험 성적에 따라 다음 각 호의 방법으로 결정한다. 다만, 제23조의2제5항에 따라 외국어 활용능력을 어학검증시험에서 평가한 경우에는 별표 6의2에서 정한 어학검증시험 기준점수 이상을 취득한 사람 중에서 결정한다. <신설 2013.4.22, 2015.12.30, 2018.12.18>

⑥ 제2항에도 불구하고 일반외교 분야 외교관후보자 선발시험의 제2차시험의 합격을 결정할 때 제2차시험 합격자가 제3차시험 응시를 포기하는 등의 사정으로 제3차시험 응시자 수가 선발예정인원에 미달될 것으로 예상되는 경우에는 각 과목 만점의 40퍼센트 이상 득점한 사람 중에서 전 과목 총득점이 높은 사람부터 차례로 처음의 제2차시험 합격인원 범위에서 추가로 합격자를 결정할 수 있다. <개정 2013.4.22, 2018.12.18>

⑦ 시험실시기관의 장은 최종합격자가 「국립외교원법」 제6조제1항에 따른 교육과정에 입교하는 것을 포기하거나 「국립외교원법 시행령」 제10조제1항 단서에 따라 교육과정 입교를 유예하는 등의 사정으로 결원을 보충할 필요가 있을 때에는 인사혁신처장이 정하는 바에 따라 합격자 발표일부터 6개월 이내에 불합격 기준에 해당하지 아니하는 사람 중에서 제2차시험 성적이 높은 사람 순서로 추가합격자를 결정할 수 있다. <신설 2013.4.22, 2017.1.31, 2026.10.13>
