공무원 인재개발법 제12조(교육훈련수당의 지급)
공무원교육훈련기관에서 교육훈련을 담당하는 공무원에게는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 예산의 범위에서 교육훈련수당을 지급할 수 있다.
